Wraps the target URL in an exit URL for affiliate monetization, then sends it via BGM_MINI_APP_OPEN_URL.

Open Hub App (full navigation)

Asks the parent to open another mini app at /hub/<slug>/ via BGM_MINI_APP_OPEN_APP. This triggers a full page navigation, so the harness will be replaced by the target app.
